I grew up on a dairy farm near Formosa, Ontario. After high school, I studied for 4 years at Seneca college in their aviation program, and graduated with a commercial pilot licence. My first job was a flight instructor, after which I moved to Winnipeg to fly for a small charter airline in Northern Manitoba. It was during this time that I discerned that God may be calling me to be a priest, and in 2013 I quit my job and entered formation at St. Augustine’s Seminary in Toronto.
The first year, I studied philosophy which paved the way for the next two years of theology studies. I am now entering my pastoral year, and look forward to getting to know and serve the people of St Michael’s Parish. I trust that this year will be a time of God’s grace and blessings and I look forward to working with Father Jason in this ministry.
