Book of Revelation Bible Study at St. Michael’s Parish
You are invited to participate in an eleven-week DVD-based Bible study that will take an intriguing look at one of the most talked-about books in Scripture. Perhaps no book in the Bible fascinates people more than Revelation. Yet relatively few people have studied the book, especially from a Catholic perspective.
You will explore how the kingdom established by Christ in his Church is intimately connected with the kingdom of heaven, especially through the celebration of the Mass.
You will learn what all the mysterious figures and images of Revelation represent, what will happen during the Second Coming of Christ, what has already happened, and what is happening now in salvation history.
Participants will meet in the church proper on Tuesday nights from 7:30 - 9:00 pm to view an engaging video presentation from Jeff Cavins and Ascension Press followed by a lively group discussion. The study will begin on April 18 and run through to June 27.
There is no cost to attend the course but participants will be encouraged to purchase a Study Guide for approximately $40.
